Luckily, her health eventually took a dramatically positive turn a few years later; an improvement Alba credited to her growing interest in acting. Signed by an agent by the age of 12, Alba made her screen debut with "Camp Nowhere." Alba went on to appear in two national TV commercials for Nintendo and J.C. Dear Ones, understand that the dark Ones are answerable to Universal Law exactly as you are, and like you when in duality are allowed to experience through their freewill choice. Of course they are also subject to your laws, but by the very nature of their rejection of them and the power they hold, they feel above the law. However, as you will know by now every soul is answerable at some stage for every action and even thought that intended to harm or cause the death of another soul. It is why we ask you to bear this in mind when the dark Ones are called to justice, and stand for their crimes against Humanity. If it is within your ability and your mindset allows for compassion, it is the best response you can have. Better still if you can acknowledge that the dark Ones are Beings of Light that retain their godspark, you would help them by sending Love and Light. Naturally that is not easy particularly if you have a relative or friend that has been a victim of theirs. How you respond depends on your level of consciousness, but you will eventually reach one of Christ Consciousness and act from that level of understanding. Therefore if it needs a “deal” to remove the dark Ones and they are allowed refuge somewhere, it is only a temporary respite as ultimately they will not escape justice.
Meantime, all progresses well and our allies are pushing for the disclosure announcement. The facts have been coming out for many years now, but what we need is an official recognition of our presence so that we can introduce the Galactic Federation to you. There are numerous websites on your Internet where you can indulge yourselves in facts about our craft, and these are supported by photographs and even videos. Whether we exist is no longer the question as we have made contact with every major government. We want to open up the whole subject, and thus allow debate and discussion as to what has been taking place over the last century. Governments will have to come clean with regard to their own part in suppressing information about us. They will also have to admit to their activities under the guise of allowing their craft to be taken as ours, or groups such as the Greys.
It is obvious to any intelligent person that our Mothercraft have not originated from Earth. They are in some cases of such massive size, being several miles long it is common sense that they are coming from other civilizations. There is also the question of the sheer numbers of craft that have been seen on some occasions. When you can count around a hundred or more as per the sighting recently in Mexico, you will know for certain that their origin is not from the Earth. The evidence of our presence is so obvious; yet generally speaking your media still hides the truth. We are pleased to say that this situation will not remain the same for much longer. There are many aspects before our appearance that need to come out to prepare people for it.
Remember that we are Spiritual Beings exactly as you are, and all from the Source. We are not different just because we come from other civilizations, beyond the fact that we are more evolved. That applies to all members of the Galactic Federation and we act out of service to you as our brothers and sisters. Everything that exists is moving back to the Source, so we join hands and help each other. You are not in anyway less than we are; it is just that you allowed your higher levels of consciousness to be veiled. It was inevitable once you slipped into the lower vibrations, and set the scene for your challenge to find your true selves again. You knew this was to be the greatest one that you would face, but also the most magnificent opportunity to evolve once again and merge with your Higher Self. You were inspired by knowing that there would always help for you, and you would not be fighting your battles alone. Perhaps more importantly, you were aware that the cycle would end with an equal opportunity for each soul to ascend. That time is of course now, and Ascension is just a short step away from taking place.
We are certain that once we can walk amongst you, the doubts and hesitation about accepting us will soon disappear. Your governments will announce their support for us, as they too will be briefed as to the full implications as to what is to happen. Together we can make sure that the changes and cleansing of Earth are efficiently and quickly carried out. We can as far as possible safeguard the population from earthquakes or their consequences, but there will still be fatalities as some souls have chosen to leave Earth in this manner. Once you understand the reasons for what is occurring, the outcome will be your focus rather than the manner in which it is achieved. There are many views as to how it will be, and with our coming much will be explained to avoid misunderstanding.
You are becoming more aware of Mother Earth need to push on with her own program of changes. We also know what is needed and that gives us the opportunity to help alleviate any affects upon you. If need be we can transport people from one point to another instantaneously, and will use our technologies to carry out such missions. We know where every person is, and it does not matter where they are at any given time we can locate them. Again this is by using our highly advanced computers that you could say, “have a mind of their own” as you will find out. You can understand why we approach the whole issue of Ascension with full confidence, as our part in it is well within our capabilities. That even applies to equipment or the likes that will be needed for our projects, and for free issue to you as part of “modernizing” your society to enjoy all of the benefits of free energy.

Although she was too young to join the series, a producer on the show gave her an introduction to a New York agent. She subsequently spent three summers at the Professional Performing Arts School Center. She appeared in a number of off-Broadway productions as a child actor, including Ruthless (1991). Every day is an opportunity to face yourself and deal with your shortcomings. It does not matter how far you have evolved, there will always be challenges. These are times when you are sorting out the many beliefs you carry with you. They mould your personality, but are often not in your interest for one who aspires to lift up and ascend. If they do not stand up in the Light, then you may be sure that they cannot travel with you any longer. This is part of the process that has been taking place for many years, as your evolution has advanced. For you as an individual your guidance comes from within, and it is important to listen to the small voice that talks to you. Only your Higher Self knows what is best for you at any time, and the advice should be heeded. What else is it but your conscience prompting you to act on it?
As best as you can stay calm in all situations and maintain a peaceful demeanor, thereby keeping your vibrations as high as possible. It helps keep you from slipping back into an emotional state that may bring out some response that you would rather not experience. However to sometimes lose control is a very human trait, and you should Endeavour to recover from it as soon as you can. The quicker you can do so, the less harm it causes to your body that produces toxins in such circumstances. Have you not noticed, that after any outburst you feel depleted and often unwell. Going to the extreme, if you were continually becoming angry and aggressive, you would end up with a serious illness. The energy of the chakric centers becomes unbalanced, and you are certain to experience a bodily reaction.
Dear Ones your body is your sacred temple that is fully conscious. It can only respond to your treatment of it, and when you respect and love it keeps it fully healthy. Much of how you view yourself has a bearing on your well-being. When you are dissatisfied with yourself you actually add to your problems, whereas when you praise yourself you are attracting good vibrations. By being positive you can overcome most problems, particularly when it comes to personal achievements. To get the best out of yourself, always believe that you can do whatever you set your mind on doing. The most successful people are those who firmly set their mind and focus on exactly what they want. With Ascension coming up, do not doubt that once you decide that it is your goal you have every opportunity of ascending. Of course you need to keep it in your sight and envision that Being of Light you are destined to be.
The shocking truth about the Illuminati and their operations will be given in such a way that you will know it is genuine. For those of little if any knowledge of them, it will sound impossible that all along there has been a world government that has dictated the way Humanity has progressed, but one that has worked secretly and controlled your evolution. So much so that you have hardly progressed at all. You have experienced duality going fully from one extreme to another over thousands of years. The closing of the cycle is the end for the dark Ones, but not those of the Light who are rising up and will ascend without any doubt whatsoever. So as we often inform you there is no need to be entrapped in fear over what is happening now, or in the near future.
With so little time left you may be sure that once the major changes begin, there will be no let up all the way to Ascension. Events are lined up to make the transition as smooth as possible, and ensure that every soul is aware of the meaning of the end times. Not everyone believes that there is a purpose to life, or that they are of a divine nature and have infinite life. However, where disbelief persists each soul will progress accordingly but not through Ascension, as clearly they are not prepared for such a quantum leap forward. Their opportunity to do so will come around again, and hopefully with more experience the truth will take hold.
Because of freewill thinking there will inevitably be differing opinions as to how the end times will pan out. That will make no difference to the outcome, as you are gifted to create your own reality. So allow for the different opinions and visions of others, knowing that if they are ready to ascend, it will take place regardless. Some spend so much time and energy trying to convince others of their truth, when no one group holds it all. Simply accept that there is the One God of your Universe, and all life is held within that particular energy. Therefore all are equal before God, and that fact should invalidate arguments about whose God is the correct one. Common sense is often lost when religious factions pit themselves against each other. These are all issues that will be settled before the cycle ends. That in turn will encourage a coming together of those who have had one foot in the dark and one in the Light.
As you look around you see many extremes taking place, that are creating new areas of darkness but these will be short lived as they are far outweighed by the rapidly growing Light. Transmutation of the lower vibrations is leading to the firm establishment of a powerful grid of Light. It is already in place and will play its part in bringing about the birth of the new Earth, and whilst all of this is going on the new you is also birthing. It is a dreamlike situation as you most of you are still rooted in material world, but that will change before very long. Some of you already recognize your expanding consciousness levels, and your mindset is moving upwards to accommodate the higher aspects of life.

She was born in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, she spent her childhood in Rae Barreilly, and did her schooling in Lucknow, in the La Martiniere Girls' School after which shey re-located to the U.S. where she studied in Newton's Newton North High School and then in Cedar Rapid's John F. Kennedy High School in Massachusetts and Iowa.
In 2000 she returned to India and enrolled in Jai Hind College and Basant Singh Institute of Science in Churchgate, Bombay, but had to leave abruptly as she was crowned Miss India. She was subsequently crowned Miss World in the same year - a year which proved to be a year for Indian Beauty Queens - as Lara Dutta and Dia Mirza were also crowned Miss Universe and Miss Asia Pacific respectively.

Matters are quickly leading you to a time of changes, that will enable our promises to you to be fulfilled. It has taken immense time to create the opportunities that provide us with progress towards our goals. With opposition from the dark Ones we try to stealthily move towards our objectives without their knowledge. The sheer size of our tasks makes that almost impossible, but unlike our allies we can operate without being seen. Both our craft and its occupants can be cloaked with invisibility, and that gives us a distinct advantage when we enter the “lions den”. It has been quite useful when needing to be present when dark Ones have held their secret meetings, and it does not matter where they take place as they cannot prevent us being there. We cannot always act on what we learn because as we have explained previously, there are karmic issues involved that you as a civilization have to experience. You often set the stage without realizing it and it is important that you see the outcome of decisions you have made. If you really understood that even your thoughts mould your reality, you might be more careful in this respect.
You originally became aware of the benefits that are planned for you through NESARA, and it helped considerably to awaken people to the potential of a New Age. It promoted ideas that would have been considered impossible not very long ago. However, it stirred the imagination of many people, who could see that there were others ways that Humanity could live in comparative comfort. Certainly the idea that there were answers to overcome poverty, and provide all with a reasonable standard of living was a new concept. Time is passing at a faster rate than previously, and that is proof of how the whole process of Ascension is speeding ahead. With the recognition that your consciousness levels are also increasing, you hardly need reassuring that everything is proceeding well. The earth changes are becoming more frequent and so it will continue, as there is still much to do. In this connection we are keen to assist you in dealing with the consequences, and that is best handled by our being with you. We are totally prepared and have been so for a long time. Our presence will show that our intentions are honorable, and that we come to you as friends.
We know that many of you have a great desire to join us, and you will do so as Galactic Beings. However, first you must reach the required levels of consciousness, and as time passes that will become easier. There are many high points of energy that allow for an increase in your vibrational levels, and as an evolving Being of Light you will attract them to yourselves. It has been ongoing for many years now, and all part of the Divine Plan to help you ascend. Do not let up now or be distracted with such a little time to go. Allow for events to occur that might not be of the Light, knowing that these are but the final acts arising out of the old energies that are now being cleared from the Earth. It is commendable to take on the burdens of other people, but you must give sufficient time for your own development. It is vitally important that you continue to hold your focus on this final run in, as to the whole purpose of what you are experiencing. There is not one soul that can fail to learn lessons from the transition of all that has become familiar to you, and allow for the new to come in and replace it. If there are regrets at the prospect of some of the changes, even if you cannot see the outcome be aware that they are making way for all that resonates with the higher vibrations. You yourself are experiencing subtle changes within your body and consciousness levels, and out of it will eventually arise the new you, the Galactic Being. Let go of that which is clearly going to be out of place in the New Age, and know that it will exist in a suitable form in the higher dimensions.
Take for example the various resources of Earth that are used daily to sustain your world and its demands. In the higher levels that will become almost unnecessary as you will have little need to take from the Earth, when you can create what you want through the power of thought. In the same way as you dispose of your creations when there use has expired, there is no waste or pollution as all is returned to the unmanifest to be used again. When you reach such levels you will have the knowledge and ability to handle such matters, as your consciousness will be consistent with that expected of a Galactic Being. If you cannot fully comprehend the changes, simply accept what is happening is to elevate you to a level where all is in harmony and balance. At a subconscious level it is all familiar to you, because it is your natural home.
We have often mentioned that you will be well informed as to what is ahead of you. However, we cannot expect to do very much until we can be openly amongst you. The stage is set for these events, and whilst we do not expect everyone to immediately accept what we will have to say, we have to prevent any outright attempts to prevent them taking place. You will certainly be aware when matters are nearing such a point, as no secret will be made of our actions to remove the dark Ones. These are the ones who plan large-scale disruption, even to the extent that they will kill and maim people without any hesitation. That is not meant to make you fearful, but quite the opposite, as you will know that their activities are being curtailed and will eventually cease.
There has to be a period of peace, and the unnecessary controls and restrictions removed so that your sovereignty is gradually restored. We of the Galactic Federation respect you and want you to have the freedom you are entitled to. Draconian laws and anything that unfairly restricts your actions will be removed. That of course will be the duty of the new government which will soon be appointed. For that to happen naturally there will be vast changes, and no representative will survive who has been guilty of breaking his/her oath. Clearly you can look forward to an earth-shaking end to this year.
Those of you who follow messages that you have found reliable and carrying the energy of Love and Light, will have foreknowledge of what is occurring. You will then be in a position to help others who may be confused and shocked by what they hear. It will take time for the truth to sink in and even then there will still be uncertainty as to the future. This is where you can be of great personal assistance, but be assured that as soon as possible we desire to set up system of good communications. We want everyone to know exactly why we are here and what the future holds for you. The age of secrecy will no longer operate and the truth will be openly discussed. We come not to dictate or dominate you, but to share the good news we bring and work together towards the end times. We are after all One on the great journey through the various dimensions, as we head towards the Source and re-unification with the Supreme Creator.
You are a giant when it comes to experience and hundreds of lives have taken you to the four quarters of the Earth. You have like any other soul left your mark upon your civilisation, and collectively you have brought yourselves to these final days as you created them. That is why as with any experience you set up it is not our place to interfere; otherwise there would be no point to it. What is important is that you have learnt how to conduct yourself, and treat other souls as yourself. For those who have not, the lessons continue and will do so until they are ready for upliftment. Since in reality there is no such thing as time, you have all the “time” you need to progress at your own speed.
The urge to press ever onwards is quite natural, and your evolution will continue even if you are not conscious of it doing so. Yes, you can go backwards or forwards as you choose, but the net result with few exceptions will always be in some form of progress. It is possible for a soul to deny their source and Light, until it is best that they return to the Source and start all over again. However, we address our remarks to you who are not only aware of your Light, but have already chosen to ascend. Your feet are firmly upon the path forward and many are aware of the changes within Self, particularly those that are bringing in the higher vibrations that are changing their body cells. We see so many of you that can now walk around without being affected by the negative energies, and indeed you are able to diminish their affect through the power of your Light.
We are well pleased with the progress made over the years to bring the truth out. To be well informed and intuitive has enabled you to rise up above the lower energies. They cannot cause fear or threaten you unless you allow it to be so. Stay calm and as we so often say, keep focussed upon the wonderful future that beckons. You will soon become aware that everything you have been promised is near to coming your way, and your patience has been admirable in view of the time taken to reach this point.
